When you purchase jewellery from Jewellery Art by Simon, your satisfaction and assurance in making the right choice is important to us. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition, within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item will be inspected for refund authorization within 30 working days of receipt for a refund or exchange on the original purchase price. Please note: the item purchased must be delivered back to Jewellery Art by Simon at your cost. Any cost incurred in receiving the item will be deducted from the authorised refund. Returns are valid only on stock items and not bespoke items nor items with special finger sizing or where the item cannot be worn or used.

The Jewellery Art by Simon Website (hereafter referred to as the ‘Website’) allows users to browse content pages and product catalogues without revealing personal information. However, you may sign up to receive communication from Jewellery Art by Simon , whether through a newsletter, email, and/or RSS feed. Your email address is stored in our secure database.
When you register an account or place an order on the Website, personal information is required to complete the request successfully. JEWELLERY WARRANTY
At Jewellery Art by Simon, only the purest Silver and gold is used in every creation. We take care to ensure the best workmanship so that each creation is crafted to Simon’s high standard. We therefore warrant all jewellery items will be free from any manufacturing defect at time of purchase.
We want you to enjoy your jewellery creation for many years to come, and like other luxury products on the market our jewellery requires care and maintenance to keep them looking their best. As part of the Lifetime Jewellery Warranty, you are required to have your diamond and tanzanite jewellery inspected at our store every 6 months from the date of purchase, in order to maintain the validity of this warranty.
During the inspection your jewellery item will be examined free of charge. Any work due to manufacturing fault will be carried out free of charge at Jewellery Art by Simon. This excludes any fair wear or accidental damage. This warranty is void if another party conducts any work on your Jewellery Art by Simon piece.
Shipping policy
With distribution offices in South Africa, Jewellery Art by Simon offers secure local, and international shipping of all our jewellery and Art for added convenience. For your peace of mind, all our shipping options include insurance. Items are shipped during business hours only for your security. Some countries are excluded due to their internal complications, please confirm that the item you would like to purchase can be shipped to your country before completing the transaction. Any shipping and local charges such as tax, VAT, custom duties and clearance charges are for your account.
We offer three shipping options:
OPTION 1: COLLECT IN STORE
This option is available for South African’s or International customers who wish to collect their purchase from our Pickup location. You will be notified when your purchase is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation with you for collection.
OPTION 2: SOUTH AFRICAN (LOCAL) DELIVERY
We work with trusted safe-hands door-to-door couriers and can assist in courier quotations for our clients. Delivery to main centres across South Africa typically arrive within 3-5 business days. If you live in an outlying area, shipping may take slightly longer to arrive.
OPTION 3: INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If you live in another country, we will ship your purchase to you via international shipping options. Whether you choose to collect your purchase, or have it shipped directly to you, a representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Please contact us for any queries regarding our international shipping.
